North Codorus Township will offer Leaf Collection for North Codorus Township Residents at a cost of $75.

The fee provides two 20-minute collections.
To guarantee leaf collection, you MUST have your leaf collection PAID at the North Codorus Township Office before closing at 11 am on Friday, October 31, 2025.
First Collection:
Leaves MUST be curbside by
Monday, November 3, 2025
Second Collection:
Leaves MUST be curbside by
Monday, December 1, 2025

Stormwater Management
A person proposing construction of any structure or improvement on their property that will impact stormwater runoff must comply with the Municipal Stormwater Ordinance. They shall complete the application and submit it to the Municipality to allow the Municipality to determine what stormwater plan requirements apply to the project.
